LawnQuote

Lawn measurement app

Trace the lawn on the map, then turn the area into a price.

LawnQuote includes map measurement for supported Pro access. You manually trace the lawn boundary, review the calculated area, and use that value in the same quote workflow as labour, travel, overhead, site conditions, and target margin.

Measurement is an input, not an automatic quote

The map tool does not claim to detect the lawn automatically. You place and adjust the boundary points yourself, then review the area before applying it to the quote. Trees, beds, buildings, access, terrain, and the actual service scope still need an operator's judgement.

Satellite and map imagery can be outdated or unclear. Confirm important measurements on site and correct the value when the traced boundary does not match the work.

  • Manually trace the lawn boundary on the map
  • Review and edit the resulting area
  • Keep site conditions and non-area work separate

Connect size to production time and cost

Area becomes useful for pricing only when it is connected to the way the business works. LawnQuote combines the measurement with editable production rates, service setup, labour cost, overhead, travel, minimum visit price, and target margin.

The resulting price check shows the recommendation, true cost, estimated gross margin, and hourly revenue. It is a transparent calculation from your settings, not a guarantee of local market price or job duration.

Carry one reviewed measurement into the quote

Keeping measurement and pricing in one workflow reduces retyping and makes it easier to inspect the assumptions before saving. The customer-facing preview then shows the services and total without exposing internal margin or cost details.

After checking the business details, property, scope, and terms, create the PDF locally and decide how to share it through the iPhone share sheet.

Measure, price, and prepare the quote in one workflow
